Teams
Teams are formed with active members willing to participate and improve their dota experience. Active and improving teams shall receive:
-more set games
-CWR access
-more cw games
-tournament entries/invites
-and more perks
Ranking
Ranking will always depend on how active the member participates and improves in the team he/she is assigned into. Clan Lord Neph, Organizer Raychard, and Examiner Troit will always visit the VoS teams in order to rate the member's game and rank him/her according to his/her performance.

Warrior's blood
In victory, you shall gain glory and honor. But for me, defeat will serve better in improving one's self. For in defeat, you shall learn from your mistakes and you shall succeed in your later games. Keep in mind. What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger. And power comes with a price. This goes not only for dota. It's applicable in life. Learn from your mistakes.
